We started to create a new model railway in 2025. Built so far by our own team here at Epping, it is in OO gauge and features 1938 and 1962 stock tube trains.
We will continue to add new models and scenery as the layout evolves and would welcome approaches from modellers with ideas on how to develop the layout.
Although based in a former London Transport Signal Cabin, the model is not exclusively 'tube' based. It also features main line stock, both steam and diesel, plus goods wagons and engineering trains.
Whilst it is not yet complete (is any model railway ever truly complete?) it has been successfully running during the 2025 season.
